What are Google and Microsoft Forms?

Google Forms Microsoft Forms

Google and Microsoft Forms are normally used to create data collecting questionnaires. They also have functions to create a quiz consisting of gradable questions. The teacher requires a Google account (either a personal Gmail or a school Workspace account) to use Google Forms, or a Microsoft account (either a personal Outlook mail or a school Microsoft 365 account) to use Microsoft Forms.

Google Forms can be used individually to create a graded quiz, or integrated with a Google Classroom LMS (Microsoft Forms with Microsoft Teams on the other side).

Microsoft Forms support math display using Equation and LaTeX, while an external service is needed to display math on Google Forms.
